The location is great with easy access to the city.
The staff were rude and unhelpful during check-in. The room was not properly cleaned, with dust and dirt noticeable.

the location was superb, just a short walk from the ferry and close to plenty of dining options. trains were also within walking distance. the staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the room had a good-sized TV with nice views from the high floor. the shower had excellent pressure and hot water, making for a refreshing experience. i also appreciated the convenient access to bars, eateries, and nearby attractions like battery park, brooklyn bridge, and the 9/11 memorial.

the hotel was very clean and in the nicest location. i loved that it was walking distance from the ferry and there were a lot of places to eat nearby. the staff were extremely nice and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. We were greeted with warm cookies upon arrival. The location was perfect, close to Wall St. and several metro stations. The subway lines made it easy to get around the city. The hotel was peaceful in the evenings and on weekends. The staff, especially the front desk and baggage storage manager, were kind, professional, and helpful.
Crowded elevators and narrow corridors made me feel like I was in a cheap motel.

I chose this hotel to visit the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great transportation links and the on-site restaurant, Antica Ristorante. The paid WiFi throughout the property was a bonus.
Slow elevators and cleanliness issues.

The room decor was really beautiful. The bed was comfortable and clean, providing a great night's sleep. I'll recommend this hotel.
